We raise our cattle on rich forages, 365 days a year, without any corn or grain of any kind. This process produces a great tasting product that is naturally lean, low in saturated fats, and high in beneficial omega-3 fatty acids, vitamins, minerals, and CLA (Conjugated Linoleic Acid). All of these attributes directly affect our health, and reduce the risk of cancer, heart disease, diabetes and obesity!
Just like grass-fed beef, our grass-fed lamb is fattened on forage alone, producing an amazing marbled red meat that is both tasty and heart healthy. Our lamb has been described as “sweet”, and is the perfect solution for discerning eaters everywhere!
Our chickens are completely free-range on pasture, contained only by a moveable, open-bottomed pen to keep them safe from predators. They are free to roost, forage for food, and express themselves in a natural setting. In addition to the food they find on their own, we supplement our flock with certified organic feed.
